Food: Raaka Chocolate has created the first chocolate featuring cask-aged cocoa beans. The aging process adds a great deal flavor to the chocolate, including oak, vanilla, and caramel. The cocoa beans have been matured in Berkshire Mountain Distilling bourbon barrels. Available here.
